ABOUT SILVER SPUR BARBECUE

Silver Spur Barbecue provides competition-grade barbecue delivered to your next event with the option of having our 16 foot smoker on site to cook. Customers can create their own menu with smoked meats, a variety of side orders and desserts. Our quality meats include: chicken, pulled pork, ribs, and tri-tip. We smoke all of our meats using a variety of woods including hickory, mesquite, apple and cherry. We use our own special rubs and BBQ sauces and never serve boiled or baked meat.
Great for HOA’s, private parties, clubs, and fundraisers. We can accommodate parties up to 300 guests (30 guest minimum).

OMG!!! This is the BEST BBQ we have ever had!! Mike and Jason catered an event at Pegasus Riding Academy serving over 60 people and was it a FABULOUS lunch for all! I have never had fall off the bone ribs like this, with the best BBQ sauce. The chicken was so tasty and the brisket was tender and melt in your mouth GOOD!! I thought the only good BBQ places were on TV shows and in other states. Not only were the meats great, but there was homemade potato salad, garden salads, delicious rolls, and the BEST baked beans ever. If you are looking for real BBQ, and need an event catered, CALL these folks, you will not be disappointed!!
